By focusing in critical service oilfield market segments of Water, Power and Safety, the Company is positioned to take advantage of the anticipated, significant expansion in horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing with the United States’ active shale and unconventional “tight oil” plays. The Company’s frac water management segment has three subsidiaries, AES Water Solutions, AquaTex and Hamilton Investment Group who provide total fracwater management services from water transfer, flowback, recycle, onsite pit evaporation and frac water treatment. Its mobile oilfield power subsidiary operates as South Texas Power (STP) and provides full power services in the remote oilfield where power is not established. Its onsite Safety services operates as AES Safety Services providing Safety training, certification and first response site remediation. HII Technologies’ objective is to bring new and proven technologies to these operating division to build a long – term competitive advantage and offer more efficient processes at cost savings to the customer.
